WCM presents a stage for Mallorca admirer and those who decided to become Mallorca experts.
Members of WCM have opportunities to exchange experiences, information, recommendations etc. Concerning the Balearic Island Majorca.
Our WCM members will benefit of club-discounts in car rental, hotels, translator services and a lot of other offers.
WCM interferes cost-free reputable construction- companies , architects, lawyers and much more.
WCM keeps his members current by a monthly newsletter regarding in - fashion , events, etc.
But there is more to it than that: WCM returns financial excess of membership-fees in form of an annual lottery.
Depending on membership figure and membership-fees in the opening year, following prizes will be drawn by lot:
1. A new Finca , 400 m2 living area, including 15.000 m2 property surface (worth 1.400.000,00 €)
2. 30.000 m2 finca-property including building licence (worth about 350.000,00 €)
3. 15.000 m2 finca-property including building licence (worth about 250.000,00 €)
4. A pleasure craft CROWNLINE, 260 HP, length 6,15 m, incl. accreditation (worth 25.000,00 €)
5. 3x : one day cruise on a Fairline Targa 48 feet, incl. Skipper and snacks for max. 8 persons (worth 2.500,00 € each)
6. 22x : one holiday trip to Mallorca, including flight and Hotel (4*) for 2 persons (worth 1.200,00 € each)
7. 44x: one flight voucher for your next Mallorca holiday (worth 100,00€)
8. 222x : one bottle of best mallorquin wine delivered to your door (worth 25,00 €)
These prizes are guaranteed as long as there are 25.555 registered members, during the opening year.
Should there be less members, prizes will be recalculated (e.g. : 20.000 registered members - one property will be taken out of the lottery)
The chances of winning for each member is 1:88! ( Lotto 1:1 400 000)
On top of that, WCM is planning to support a charitable work with 2 € per membership. Please suggest organisations which are qualified to be supported. Suggestions will be evaluated and issued with our newsletter.
WCM will probably start its activities in mid-August. Before then, there is no possibility to register as member. In the meantime you have the opportunity to register for our cost-free newsletter without any engagement.
To announce in advance: The annual membership-fee is 99,--€.
Termination of membership is with expiration of 12 month (not prolonged automatically)
Membership can be maintained on request.Limitation of membership for the present (26.000 members)
